Brian Cutshaw had a dream to become a professional race car driver at a very young age. As a junior in high school, about 7 years ago, Brian and his father bought a street legal 1987 Mustang that served as their first race car. For 5 years they modified it little by little. Initially the car ran 17 second 1/4 mile runs.

After years of learning more and more of what it took to race a car, ultimately, they got the car to run into the 10's. During this time, Brian also went to Diesel and Automotive school so that he could broaden his knowledge of the automotive anatomy.
While racing the Mustang was a fun and exciting experience, Brian felt that he needed to move up to another level of racing.
After the 2006 racing season, Brian and his father along with Sonny Porter decided to build a 6.00 Advanced E.T. dragster from scratch. While this has all been a "learning" experience when it comes to racing a dragster, Brain has faired pretty well. Even though Brian has already received his Super Comp license, he attended the Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School in their super comp class in 2008.
Brian's love for racing and competitiveness hopes to get him into the top alcohol dragster racing then onto top fuel dragster racing over the next several years.
